PPV type air box pulse bag dust collector is designed for the advantages of the backblow cloth bag dust collector and the pulse injection bag dust collector. There is no Venturi tube or injection tube on the upper mouth of the filter bag, which not only reduces the working resistance of the injection, but also facilitates the room-by-room detection and bag change. The failure rate of the equipment is reduced due to the reduction of the number of pulse valves. Using the international advanced off-line three-state (filtration, ash removal, static) ash removal method, to avoid the phenomenon of "re-adsorption" of ash removal, ash removal is more thorough and reliable. For the key components such as pulse valve, the service life of the diaphragm is more than 1 million times. A dust collection mechanism is designed, which not only overcomes the shortcomings of dust direct scour and wear filter bag, but also can deal with high concentration dust, allowing inlet concentration up to 1300 g/Nm3, which can be used for dust removal and fine powder collection devices of coal mill in cement, metallurgy, electric power, mechanical casting, mining and other industries. The product can also be used as other dust removal media with explosion-proof dust removal equipment.
From the inlet of the dust collector in and out of the air box (A series from the ash hopper) into the inclined partition to the ash hopper, the air flow velocity becomes slower. Due to inertia, the coarse dust in the gas falls into the ash hopper.
With the continuous operation of filtration, the dust attached to the outside of the filter bag increases gradually, and the resistance of air flow increases gradually. At a certain resistance value (e.g .1990 Pa), the lifting valve of the first chamber of the dust collector can be automatically controlled to close, cut off the air flow through the filter chamber, and then open the high pressure compressed air released by the electromagnetic pulse valve. Then the program control instrument opens the lifting valve according to the prescribed interval, restores the filtration of the first chamber, starts the lifting valve of the second chamber, closes and cuts off the filter airflow of the second chamber, and opens the solenoid valve of the second chamber to release high pressure compressed air. Then the program controller opens the second chamber lift valve and restores the second chamber filtration. Since then according to the pre-specified electronic control procedures for the third sub-room, the fourth sub-room... The filter bag stops the air and blows the ash until the last chamber is finished, the electronic control instrument is closed, and the dust collector returns to the formal filtration and dust collection.
Filtration principle: when the dust-containing air flow enters the dust collector from the lower part of the box, due to the sudden expansion of the cross-sectional area and the decrease of the flow velocity, some large particles, dense dust and condensed dust particles in the air flow swirl the ash hopper along the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force and gravity; the fine and small density dust particles are suspended in the gas through the air flow distribution device, evenly into the filter chamber to disperse in the filter bag gap, deposited on the filter bag surface through the inertia collision of the filter bag surface, sieve filtration and so on, and the purifying gas is discharged by the main fan.
Ash cleaning principle: the air box pulse bag dust collector body is divided into several boxes, each box is equipped with many filter bags, and each box side outlet pipe has a cylinder driven lifting valve. When the dust collector filters the dust-containing gas for a period of time (or after the dust collector resistance reaches a preset value), the ash-cleaning controller signals that the lifting valve of the first box chamber acts to cut off the filter airflow, then the pulse valve of the box chamber opens and compressed air flows into the clean chamber. When this action is complete, the lift valve opens and the chamber re-enters the filter working state. According to the above procedures one by one to complete the room ash removal action.
