Under the control of the electric control cabinet, dry chemical powder in the hopper and water from pipeline enters into the wet-dry mixer in a constant speed to get the preliminary mixture. Then the mixture is injected into mixing tank of the full automatic chemical dosing system. There are three kinds of mixing tanks, first one is the precast tank, second one is the maturation tank, and last one is the storage tank. There is a mixer in each tank. There is a baffle plate which is shorter than tank height to separate each tank, this design makes sure that only after complete mixing, the chemical liquid will enter into next tank. The chemical liquid produced by complete mixing in three tanks is stored in the last tank, and can be transported to the next equipment by using screw pump and pipeline.
