Product Description:

This product is a water-soluble polymer. Because its molecular chain contains a certain number of polar groups, it can bridge between particles by adsorbing solid particles suspended in water or make particles agglomerate to form large flocs through charge neutralization. Therefore, it can accelerate the sedimentation of particles in the suspension, and has a very obvious effect of speeding up solution clarification and promoting filtration.

The cationic degree is 5%-80%, and the average molecular weight is 4-10 million.

It has the functions of turbidity removal, decolorization, adsorption, adhesion, etc. It is suitable for wastewater treatment in industries such as dyeing, papermaking, food, construction, metallurgy, mineral processing, coal powder, oil field, aquatic product processing and fermentation. It is especially suitable for the dewatering treatment of municipal sewage, municipal sludge, papermaking sludge and other industrial sludge.

Instructions:

1) The solid powder is formulated into a 0.1% concentration aqueous solution, and it is advisable to use neutral salt-free water. When dissolving, evenly sprinkle this product into the stirred water, and increase the temperature appropriately (<60℃) to accelerate the dissolution. Through a small test, determine the dosage of this product and adjust the PH value of the water to be treated.

2) When adding the solution of this series of products, the mixing with the liquid to be treated should be accelerated. After flocs appear, the stirring speed should be slowed down to facilitate the growth of flocs and accelerate the settling.

3) When this product is used in conjunction with polyaluminum chloride, the flocculation and sedimentation effect is better.

Storage and packaging:

1) Solid products are packed in polypropylene woven bags lined with plastic bags, 25 kg per bag; colloids are packed in fiber drums lined with plastic bags, 50 kg or 200 kg per barrel.

This product is hygroscopic and should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place at a temperature below 35°C. Avoid spilling solid products on the ground to prevent the product from absorbing moisture and making the ground slippery.

3) Avoid using metal materials and other dissolving tanks and pools that can easily affect water quality.
